"The Tower of the Mad Wizard" is a homage to the soundtracks of cRPGs like Eye of the Beholder and Ultima 7, 70s Italian movies like Suspiria, and table-top RPGs.

In fact, the EP was originally made as a soundtrack for a dungeon module on an HDK cassette!
