After working night shift suddenly the past two nights in the ER, I finally get the night off so I got myself some Subway and a bottle of wine. I'm watching streams and living my best life right now 🥴🍷

Just a subway club (but they were out of Roast Beef) so it was a turkey and ham club haha. Nothing too special but still tasty, especially after all of the mayo I added.
