so... do i put my lenses in in anticipation of needing to drive somewhere, or wait til i know i need to drive somewhere?

(i've run out of saline to rinse, so its anyones bet as to whether they'll smart a bit or not, cos its day 30 and the catalyst/neutralising thing is hit or miss at this point)
