I worry that disease in our own country will get totally out of control. Many diseases are brought here by people who have traveled overseas and then in other cases because so much of our own population is not vaccinated.

My point was actually that other countries have problems too and most of them are far poorer than the USA. Sometimes not everything is about the impact on Americans, even when US govt is part of the problem (or pulling out of the solution).
