Is that seriously in the EULA? Not that anyone will listen... but that's still awful if true.
I'm done buying Bethesda stuff the moment they ban independent modding or start taking stuff down.

B. in whole or in part, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, attempt to derive source code from, modify, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Game
I do wonder if other EULAs say similar, like it's some standard thing even tho they provide modding tools, or if the use of Unreal has any effect, but either way that's scary.
Also Skyblivion is a derivative work, albeit based on the OG not the Remaster. You can argue screenshots and playthrus
(g) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the Software, in whole or in part;
Yet they provide an official Creation Kit (which also can't be modified "Except as expressly set forth elsewhere in this Agreement")
Seems to just be standard legalese,
"D. use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Game or adversely impact any other persons playing of the Game or their experience of playing the Game;"
Sounds copy/pasted from an online game or something.
