On New Year’s Day, my partner and I celebrated our 2-year anniversary. We watched Nosferatu, then went to have dinner at Cheesecake Factory. At the time, she thought she had a minor aversion to gluten, and so limited her consumption to sourdough, with the rest of her meal being gluten-free.
