Most recent doctor wants to throw me on Lipitor despite every single reading being perfectly fine.

Last therapist told me to give up on my dreams and focus on something ‘more realistic’ like working in a print shop or painting houses.

Yeah, I just had my 3month check up with mine yesterday lol. I was like "well, I don't think it's an issue with my meds, just everything going on with the country right now." So we didn't adjust anything lol

I’ve recently been back to therapy, and current events are definitely affecting my anxiety and depression more. Been trying to give myself more creative agency with writing and meeting with friends in writing workshop and it’s been helping a little, at least. Hope you’re taking care of yourself! ❤️
