any time I see a "Chrono Trigger Remake" fan concept that looks like Final Fantasy VII Rebirth I think "people can have opinions and everything, but I think you might be stupid"

I'm sorry I gave people an excuse to say "I just want a port!" in my replies. This is my fault for even saying the word remake. I should have known this just causes people to have a fight or flight response.
I remember there was some amazing looking 3D fan remake back in like 2008 that was one of the earliest examples of "don't talk about the cool fan project until it's done" because it was shut down once it was made public.
Wait, when you say fan concept do you mean they are changing the aesthetic from the Toriyama designs, into being more into the FF7 aesthetic, or the system?

I do like the DS version best, tho.
