Just finished a bowl of homemade apple sponge pudding with…get this…Bird’s custard that hubby went all the way to a bodega in San Francisco to get me as a surprise. He also brought Heinz beans, UK teabags, gorgeous scones, Ambrosia rice pudding and fruited soda bread. 😆
