Do any of you use trail cameras to check out wildlife in your yard at night? My dad's birthday is coming up and I'm hoping to get him one that's WiFi enabled and straightforward to use.

I have a Wyze camera we used to catch a rat in our house. Was very easy to set up and worked well, but the cheap option I got doesn't have the best camera quality.
We have Arlos in the garden: they monitor the local possums coming down to nibble the fresh shoots and yummy greenery, as well as interloping cats. Powered by a solar panel so self-managing.
I use a Blink camera for mine. It runs on 4 AA batteries and you can do live viewing as well as have it record when movement happens. Mine is set just to record at night.
My sister and I both use Ring cameras on our farms. I never point mine at people, sound and video quality is good, and I can watch livestock/wildlife live or on video the next day. It was really helpful when we had an unknown predator killing birds, I was able to forward video to state biologist.
A couple of days ago, I got a TP-Link Tapo ColorPro (security camera with plug-in power and Wi-Fi connected with a monitoring app) to look for skunks at night, and it works well so far!
