With the worst supreme court in our history calling the "balls and strikes," the Constitution no longer guarantees anything to anybody. What the laws say doesn't matter anymore. Hell, what the Constitution says doesn't matter anymore. If not proof positive, the Immunity Hoax is prima facie evidence.
