I know staying informed vs staying mentally okay is a delicate balance. I really appreciate Aaron's format and presentation. I can get caught up in 5 minutes or so, and if I want I can scroll substack for more. But Aaron is great for communicating info without doomsaying (I can do that myself, ty)
