17 was the Cartographers. Idk if this was YA but it felt like that. The writing was so annoying. Difficult to get through. Predictable. Boring. Glad it’s over
My 18th book was Oryx and Crake. Wow. Pretty messed up. Margaret Atwood is something else 😭 A lot of poignant points, especially about the profitability of illness and the nature of…human nature.
19th book of the year down! The sequel to Oryx and Crake, the Year of the Flood. I really liked it! Even better than the first, and I loved making the connections between the two. Also love Adam One
20th book was the last of the trilogy. 😭😭😭 i liked it even though it was sad. There was a lack of depth in this one I think. Or maybe it’s just Toby being aggy. I liked all the different connections.
