True. I’ve found that what they often say they want or need is the hacky workaround that became part of their daily or weekly routine in their old system that no one knew why they did it that way.
Non-judgemental, non-problem solving #ActiveListening to tune into what the users are feeling and thinking about their world and what's not quite right and all the ways it could be better.
That's what's missing in so many requirements gathering workshops. 😕
