may i suggest not leaving the thermo in the meat the whole time.. i think it will heat the entire unit and give a false high reading
rotisserie bbq is so satisfying huh .. i always wanted a motor thats powered by the heat so it doesnt need plugging in.. like a woodstove fan y'know
