Vicotin is actually a combo of Vicodin and Nicotin. So I guess, ultimately, it would be pronounced Vai-coh-teen

He's an Overlord of Pain. Because of his small size and unfit physique, Tino/Vico fights from a distance. He can cause increasing pain to his opponents without touching them or using any weapons, the downside being that he will experience the same pain later. (🧵)
