Texas and Tennessee have a lot of differences, but most of those would be seen outside of the big cities, so I think it's mostly about the tax break

Nashville has a really big music scene (mostly country but also rock, etc) and a lot of historical areas. Other than that, Nashville & Austin are both big cities in the South and pretty similar as far as I know...they do have different climates?
