What a waste of a great character, if they don't find a way to incorporate Gamera into the Godzillaverse. I've waited my whole life to see Godzilla and Gamera together.
Gamera is really the last kaiju of real notoriety to not fight Godzilla at this point, which is a shame since it’s unlikely that Toho and Kadokawa could make a deal happen anytime soon.
Still, it’s possible that Legendary could buy the U.S. film rights to Gamera and put him into the Monsterverse.
