It’s finally happened. After a decade or two of wanting one of these, I managed to win one last week thanks to some overtime at work. This is the Schön keyboard for the Sinclair QL and it has to be a contender for next best 8 bit (shut up about the QL being 16 bit 😆) keyboard after the Oric Atmos - ThreadSky

Yay!! It really is a lovely keyboard ..... But.... If we are classing the QL as an 8bit then the Apple IIgs is also an 8bit and that has the best keyboard!

QL and IIGS as 8-bit gets close to calling the 5150 an 8-bit too, and then you're talking about the Model F...

As much as I like my Model F it's a bit TOO noisy to be a daily driver. Strange when you think I used to work with them and VT100s BITD.

I've hit epic fail with the CPT, last weekend I had the brainwave of writing a disk image to a 1.2MB 5.25" drive and it fails in the same way the gotek does.
