Grey guy w/ Balls, from house to house for months. He looks and acts like he's been tortured. No hair on neck where there was a collar, no hair & mark that might have been a Capture pole injury. He's growling, but wants to be fed, likes being talked to. Right outer eye: cut or bb/claw? damage.
