I agree, but I don't have anyone to really vent to and I feel like, given it won't change much, it's rather pointless to get hung up on the issues I face.
Doesn't make me less sad and frustrated about them, but I need to try and focus on good things, not the bad things.
As another have already said: its good to let it out, talking to someone, sports or other ways to express yourself.
It's important not to get stuck on feelings that will leave you exhausted.. but its equally as important to simply talk it out, work out all the knots.
