I rly relate to being burnt out from severe mental stuff and not being able to continue on with my passions / projects. It’s hard - when things are going on up there sometimes the only thing we can tend to is our own brain….and when that happens, other things fall to the wayside. -

Sometimes asking urself to show up for 15 minutes every day or every other day really really helps. It can be easier for the brain to manage a small task rather than the big picture, and it lets you gradually pass the big hurdles in ur work!-
