Really, it’s best not to concentrate on growth in and of itself and more on posting consistently, even if it’s just a joke/shitpost.
But, interacting with others is MUCH more effective.
Basically, mingle and talk with people on here and growth will follow. This ain’t Twitter; say hi~

I can give a couple suggestions:

Basically the key to this site is tags. Tags help A LOT in the long run, the more relevant tags you use the better. Same with just generally interacting with people, most of my followers come from interacting and using tags.

Theres also a trick for posts that arent doing too well, you can keep retweeting and unretweeting your art throughout the day so more people can see it if they missed it for one reason or another. :P

Also if you have moots on twitter definitely go through them and dm them to either make an account here if they haven't already, ask them for there acc, or follow it.

As well as ask them to follow back, i typically went under my own moots bluesky accs and said smthn like "hello oomf from twitter"
