One should as a matter of course not deliberately make food that trips the “toxic mold spores” part of the brain’s visual stream.
I’m no rube. I get it. Chefs are artists!

But my brain is a biological, evolutionary marvel. It thinks that color is toxic sludge and it closes my throat when I even attempt to put the food that’s touched the sludge in my mouth. Sigh.

I’m hungry.
