I initially had a sourdough discard recipe for cookies with raisins. Then, I found a recipe by Edd Kimber https://bsky.app/profile/theboywhobakes.bsky.social for choc chip cookies. I modified it and shared it with Deana, who tinkered with it further. I recommend using either Edd's original recipe or Deana's rather than mine.
