Long live Fubo.

Disney is combining Hulu + Live TV with Fubo in a new joint venture, of which Disney will own 70% and Fubo will own 30%.

This deal will make Fubo the second biggest digital pay TV provider, at 6.5 million subscribers, right behind YouTube TV, at 8 million.
