I have this printer or a similar one and it’s fine! It does the job. It’s not quite as drama-free as I was promised (I had to fix the paper tray once and sometimes I’m on the wrong WiFi network and sometimes I have to restart it to get it to scan). But it’s fine

Yep.ive never had issues. I printed a lot of stuff in grad school without issue, printed bulletins when I was a church secretary, and occasionally print recipes and knitting patterns from my phone and as long as it's turned on and not asleep it's fine.

Second the little Brother laser printer. I’ve had two over a couple of decades. They’re solid little workhorses. The first one eventually gave out, so I got another and it’s still plugging away.
