I keep a detailed book of notes about information sources for my current book. Going through the notebook, I realized this: on Twitter, I got about one useful note a week; on Bluesky, it's about one a day; I had 10x more followers on the old place. So, the Bluesky information density is very high.

On twitter you can follow an account and the algorithm might never show you their tweets, opting instead for fluff and ragebait that generates more engagement.
Bluesky seems to be weighted toward information sharing, rather than opinion sharing.
It's been a super place for me to find wonderful book reccos at Booksky. Add the #Feed to your TL, and add 💙📚 or 📚💙 emojis to get picked up by the feed.
Thx, RedwoodGirl.
