Just for fun, the walls and (exposed) ceiling in ours are painted white and the lighting is punishingly bright. It's the perfect way to get a headache by 2:00 pm.

Ours too! And the amount of people that wear visors and hats at their desks is comical. The money that has gone into sound and light studies to fix the issue could probably fund a small island for years. Pssst, you need to put in a ceiling and some walls.
