I mean, bypassnro.cmd just does:
`reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OOBE /v BypassNRO /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f`

So what Microsoft is saying is that they want to make it more work to install Windows without a Microsoft Account? 🤔

The last time I was installing Windows 11, internet connectivity was not an option due to missing WiFi adapter drivers and absence of ethernet port. `bypassnro` was literally the only way to install this OS on that laptop.

"We're removing the bypassnro.cmd script from the build so we can tie you to an account and track everything about you. You don't actually on the OS anyway so we get to say what and when you can use it."
