Ireland has contributed significant support to Ukraine & has taken in some 100,000 Ukrainian refugees [a significant number given the population of Ireland is just 5m]. It also provides significant funds via the EU.

Support for Ukraine is massive in Ireland. Like Ukraine, Ireland has had to deal with a colonial power seeking to wipe out its sovereignty. Ireland is a neutral non-aligned country, but in an unprecedented statement, the govt said it was not neutral on Ukraine. Refugees per capita:
