From what I’ve read, there is refinery problem in America. Very few refineries, and most of them in the Midwest are made to refine the type of oil Canada has. Pump all you want, but you have to refine it right?

Well its also a lesson learned from the fracking boom, a lot of drillers went out of business when oil prices dropped like a stone and it cost more to pull it up than they were selling it at. Basically the price of oil will dictate how much we drill or simply put supply and demand.
