I don't think it's really comparable.

LLMs are broadly commodity at this point, and so the main issue is just who are you providing with your business info.

It's more like telling staff they shouldn't use just any cloud word processor and they should use Google Docs or Office 365.

And actually, it's usually just one of those. There are many companies where Office 365 is banned not because American companies are bad, but because they use Google Docs.
