👋Hello! Yes I have heard that many people have got into data from doing somewhat unrelated work. The last few years of my chemistry career involved zero wet chemistry work and just analyzing the data.

I liked working with the data more than working at the bench and decided to try a pivot.

Hello fellow junior data scientist ! What kind of tools do you use for your work ? For me its mostly jupyter notebook for the development, AWS for the big data calculations and Streamlit for the visualization.

I've worked with similar tools, primarily Jupyter notebooks, and have recently been exploring AWS and SageMaker for a volunteer project. Additionally, I’ve used Streamlit for a project and have worked with VSCode. Currently, I’m learning about AI agents using Flowise. Dabbled in Tableau as well.

I designed one of my projects to be deployed on Streamlit, but I could only get it to run locally before the assignment was due. The model data required was too large to run on their cloud
