Great news!! That store is a complete mess. would love to see them do something about our game libraries, Like we could customize it in some sort of “digital bookshelf” and start creating digital game covers etc.

Who knows, if I had to hazard a few guesses, it's probably not something they feel really necessary to elaborate on. But they should if it "is" the reason. Many of their customers would understand: It's a net benefit to literally everyone BUT the scammers/shovel ware folks.
