By refusing to vote for the party that maintained the status quo, they helped elect a man who wants us to actively participate in genocide. Regardless of your opinion of Harris, Trump is orders of magnitude worse. Voting for a candidate doesn’t mean that you approve of all of their policies.
Who exactly refused to vote for Dems and in what states? Because all I saw leftists doing was criticizing and/or declining to endorse. Big difference. In no world did people who support Palestine “help elect Trump.” It’s just not true. It’s not a big enough voting bloc.
More people didn’t vote this election than who voted for either candidate. I personally know many people who either didn’t vote or protest-voted. Regardless of their reasons for doing either, they helped elect Trump.
Whatever makes you sleep at night. Just don't put the blame on the people who got disrespected and vilified by the same ones that are basically refusing to do anything beyond asking for more money with empty "resist" rethoric.
Do they need money to NOT continue the same old useless and ineffective shit like going to center and aprove every sicko Trump appoints? Are republican tactics when they were a minority some copyrighted material they need to buy using your money for it? At least TRY to give your base something
In my experience, most of the people who didn’t vote had reasoning along the lines of “both candidates are bad so it doesn’t matter.” They’re also the ones who stick their heads in the sand and ignore the bad things going on.
People wanted a reason to vote besides "they are not republican" and dems refused to throw them a bone. They were courting "anti-Trump" republican votes instead. They're literally trying to "we had better deportations than Trump" last week, fucks sake. Dems had it coming.

she refused
It's lot like they sold the guns and persecuted the people who protested against the genocide.
