I was wondering about that. Anyone know their voting procedures? Do they allow mail in voting or early voting?

Electoral college plus comfortably blue voting electorate means most people here are resigned to believing their vote won't count. In fact, until the 90s, the networks would call national elections while Hawaii was still voting...
