Eh, whoever's doing it probably has a few dozen account templates they shit out bots with just to cast as wide a net as possible.

In my experience with scammers and spammers the most likely answer is never the one that ascribes some kind of higher purpose for their behavior.

They're certainly scams that use automation software.

Some of them definitely have a human operator making posts here and there, but I'm positive they're fakes.
