I love it when Christians are like "well it's not a crime to be rich!!! We shouldn't judge people who are rich!!" and the whole time I'm just thinking about how Jesus did ... exactly that.

Jesus didn't judge the rich. He warned people of the dangers of wealth, especially the temptation of making it an idol. He gave this warning because Jesus loved even the rich and wanted to protect them from the shallow life of seeking wealth.
He didn't.
He didn't condemn wealth.
He condemned a selfish, greedy heart. He always addressed the heart more than the actions.
You can be dirt poor and still have a greedy heart. And I have known and do know wealthy people who are so generous that I can only aspire to be as unselfish as they are.
One of those very well-to-do couples I know personally, when I was really struggling, BOUGHT ME A CAR. They did not nor will they ever expect me to pay that back. They literally give money away to people.
The Beatitudes in Luke also say "blessed are the poor" instead of "blessed are the poor in spirit," which is a bit of a problem for those who want to argue that Jesus was just talking about the spiritually humble.

No, being rich isn't a sin.
