Hello, I have a fun fact:
4 years ago archeologist found a counter with basically pots in them. Tests showed remains of duck, beans and lentil.
This was the first of 50 kitchens they found. Ancient romans got food to go at thermopoliums.
Lentil soup was the favorite. They also sold breakfast to go.
