Since this thread is picking up I figure it's time to add more.
Email! There's Proton Mail which is free, or Tutanota and Mailbox.org which are paid. They're are great, although I've only ever used Proton. They've all got amazing Privacy Policies, and won't use your emails to trail AI models.
