Agreed. This system has been broken since Reagan if not earlier. Dems have held power for extended periods and they didn't work to end poverty or bring equity. Or stop this; A Dem president didn't do a damn thing about election interference, tampering and buying, and gave states power over women.

I believe that Dem politicians hope they can use this to empower themselves while doing nothing to fight. For them its a win either way. Either we turn the whole country blue and let Dems rule us, because that is how it is, or Trump stays and they keep their positions of power if/when they bow.
