In England and Wales (can’t speak to other jurisdictions) the police do have a common law power to remove people from property if the people have been told to leave and don’t, and an arrest for breach of the peace can follow if the people do not obey the police instruction to leave. 1/

That's fairly similar to how it is in Canada; if the person won't leave, they're made to leave; depending on how that goes, they may or may not face criminal charges
That said, having a pee isn't trespassing, no matter which restroom one's using!
