Do any of you have any guided breathing meditation sources you could recommend? My nervous system has gone on strike and I catch myself holding my breath for long periods of time because my brain has button mashed itself into the dirt.

As others have said, Headspace is great. Also, placing stickers around the house to simply remind myself to breathe has helped tremendously. I have a breathing pattern disorder and had to go to physio to learn how to breathe properly. You know, basic life stuff. Good luck!
