And who exactly is going to read the replies for the thousands of Federal employees and is qualified to judge their work? Will employees on vacation or sick leave who don’t respond be summarily fired?
Harassment. I endured a principal once who, as a student, hated his teachers. His mission was to make our lives Hell. He required pages of documentation of what we’d done each week and didn’t care if it interfered with planning lessons , reading, evaluating student work. Total scare & bully tactic.
