However if saving money were secondary to managers saying stuff to look like they’re doing things, I suppose less so.
Every single staff member would do anything to make these cases a thing of the past. It’s a total no brainer to give them they resources they’re screaming for.
Lots of policy levers available. But nothing better than avoiding the incidents altogether.
