Once that happens, fine. But as long as it’s divided by gender, that line has to be drawn. Civil rights and rights to freedom must not cause injustice.

The question is where do we draw the line? As long as the line is drawn based on current hormone levels and whether a person has even gone through puberty. Not on chromosomes, what letter was on a birth certificate, or what someone's genitals look like, none of which affect athletic performance.
Well, we can agree to disagree. I'm not saying chromosomes have no effect at all, but I believe the importance is exaggerated. In my opinion, androgens, and a person's androgen receptors' ability to respond to androgens, is more important than the presence or absence of the Y chromosome.
