As Pam Keith laid it out yesterday, Joe Biden could have switched out Merrick Garland for someone with some cahones, but Joe Biden didn't have the intestinal fortitude to do the right thing, & he's also stuck in the 70's & 80's. He was too old to be President the 1st time. We're paying for it now.
