I've had to do this. I'm disabled and only able to work a certain amount. My Rx copays are over $1600 a month AFTER coupons and patient assistance. Our food bank closed 8 months ago. Unable to drive. No busses. Unmarried, parents elderly, only sibling in worse shape than me. It gets very difficult.
