The X platform applies a "social score" to every post on the platform that is hidden from view that determines how visible a post is to the followers of the poster or organic non-followers under their "For You" feed. The words, phrases & links that demote you are not published with source code.

You can test the visibility of your posts by creating an alt account that doesn't have premium and follow your primary account and monitor the "For You" and "Following" feeds after posting on your primary to see what is hidden and what is not. It's not perfect, but helps find demoted terms & links.

Accounts that have Premium+ or Premium both get an additional boost added to their social score increasing visibility to both followers & non-followers under their respective views. Unpaid accounts are always moved down under premium regardless of if you follow someone or not. Sounds like censorship

Your last several hundred posts are also included in the social weight of your entire account that determines how many impressions you get organically or from your followers. If your average gets too low, you'll notice almost no impressions over a period of time regardless of posts. Censorship?

Elon Musk forces his posts to the top of everyone's "For You" feed even when they are older posts than people they actually follow & interact with regularly. The only way to stop him showing up in your feed is to block his account which demotes your social score dramatically decreasing impressions.
